Notice On US Tariffs

To our US customers: We’re still happy to ship to you! With the upcoming changes to the de minimis rule, there’s a chance that the US government may apply additional tariffs or duties upon delivery, or in some cases, packages may be held. Unfortunately, this part of the process is outside of our control — but please know that we’ll continue doing everything we can to keep your costs as reasonable as possible.

  • Shipping Policy

    Packages are sent out on biweekly runs. Shipping within North America takes 3-6 business days. International takes 14-35 business days on average. We are a small team and do the best we can to fulfill orders in a timely manner.

    Pre-order items typically take an additional 4-6 weeks due to production and processing time before fulfillment. Please note that the whole order will be held back until the pre-order item is ready. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

  • Refund Policy

    If the products are damaged or lost during transit, please contact us and we will send out a replacement free of charge.
